Plug Up[R] is a cost effective and versatile inflatable void isolation plug.

After more then a year in development, 1300inflate has officially released their new range of low pressure isolation plugs. These made to order inflatable plugs have been developed to fill a niche for closing off pipes in order to isolate and keep them clean and free of moisture, environmental dirt, debris and pollutants.

Plug Up has 100s of uses in closing, isolating, stopping, plugging and restricting low pressure flow, in all shape and sized plugs, ducts, tunnels and voids.

Some examples of the use of Plug Up [R] Inflatable isolation plugs.

Keeping the open ends of pipes and ducts closed and secure overnight.
When pipe laying is taking place, the open pipe ends need protection from site dirt and environmental debris, especially at night when work has ended for the day. Larger pipes may even need to be closed off so animals and even children don’t take refuge or play in the open pipes.

Stopping the flow of air, gas, liquids or dust in pipes where maintenance may be undertaken.
It’s not unusual for a pipe or duct to be susceptible to contamination when plant is being cleaned or serviced. A Plug Up [R] Inflatable Isolation plug is a cheap quick and efficient way to isolate the pipe from the expensive risk of contamination.



A Plug Up [R] plug was recently used when the filters of a cyclone had to be replaced. A Plug Up [R] plug was inflated in the vertical duct prior to the filters being worked on, to eliminate the risk of tools or fasteners falling into the hopper and causing a major stoppage of the plant.

Plug Up also has some innovative uses. A client of ours needed to form a pipe sleeve but didn’t have a form to use for the fiberglass lay-up procedure. We supplied him a simple solution in the form of a 2m dia x 4m long Plug Up [R] plug, which he then used as his form.



Plug Up[R] is manufactured from durable and chemical resistant materials and made to size . Even though each one is made to size and on order we can now offer our clients extremely quick turn around times.

The immediate advantages of this product are that it is extremely cost effective when compared to standard pipe plugs. The material used is very flexible and can conform to variations dimensions.

It’s light and compact when deflated to allow it to get into small openings and access doors.

The nature of the material makes cleaning really easy.
